We are currently seeking an energetic and dynamic Regional Manager for Eastern Ontario. The territory that you will cover will extend from Eastern Toronto, to Cornwall to Sudbury. Your position will become the key point of contact for the CSN Collision Centres in your Region to deal with in all aspects of their operations other than technical issues. You are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our current CSN Collision Centres as well as assisting with finding new Collision Centres to become part of CSN. In addition, you will drive market share growth and demonstrate how our suite of solutions can help CSN Collision Centres deliver superior results to insurance companies and to the driving public. This position will rely upon experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals with very light consultative supervision but with active involvement in team development of planning, budgeting, and execution of CSN’s sales growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, maintain and grow business relationships with current CSN shops
  • Effectively manage your Region through prioritization and maximum efficiency to ensure that corporate objectives are met
  • Assist with prospecting strategies in your assigned Region to add new shops to the CSN network on an ongoing basis
  • Assist with onboarding new shops
  • Actively build and secure relationships with insurance companies, brokers/agents, fleet accounts and consumers
  • Coordinate the resolution of customer concerns
  • Develop and provide seminars to CSN shops and/or to insurance companies/brokers/agents as required
  • Plan, prepare and/or participate in trade shows, conferences, meetings etc. as required
  • Candidate must be willing to travel frequently to locations within the specified region and to other areas of Canada on occasion

Qualifications:

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills (French is a definite asset) and strong analytical skills
  • Be comfortable and confident presenting to small groups
  • Very strong working knowledge of Microsoft office products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. as well as some knowledge of a CRM such as Salesforce
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills are a must, as well as excellent problem-solving skills

The Automotive Painter assesses and evaluates the exterior paint condition of various vehicles and selects appropriate corrective action or method of repair to ensure a seamless paint finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and removing layers of sub-coatings by using abrasives, solvents or chemicals.
  • Preparing surfaces using power and manual sanding equipment, and applying masking and sanding techniques.
  • Completing minor damage repair prior to masking, applying priming and top coating using spray guns.
  • Using an eye for detail and good colour sense to match complex colour formulations created by vehicle manufacturers.
  • Painting the damaged vehicle with appropriate paint colour as specified in the repair order.
  • Applying refinishing products in the correct sequence for proper adhesion and durability.
  • Keeps work area clean and tidy. A Painter is expected to practice conserving materials to minimize waste.

Qualifications:

  • Automotive Painters License (410N) or registered with Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities.
  • Registered with the College of Trades.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with co-workers.

Auto body Prepper

The Auto Body Prepper will prep surfaces for the automotive painter and apply the appropriate masking techniques to ensure a seamless paint finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to review repair orders and perform the job as efficiently as possible.
  • Ability and willingness to follow standardized production processes.
  • Masking vehicles prior to and following the paint process.
  • Assist in surface element removal on panels, parts, etc
  • Ability to surface prep for items needed to paint
  • Assisting Automotive Painters with maintenance of spray booths.
  • Upon completion of an assigned job, approaches the Foreman to inspect the job.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in body shop - 1+ years preferred
  • Registered Apprentice
