I was very lucky to have my car fixed at CSN!! My coworker strongly recommended me this place after his positive experience and I would love to introduce CSN to anyone who can’t take stress very well and need a car baby sitter to help everything out through fixing, courtesy car, following up, answering concerns.. Joseph was my case manager after a bad car crash. I bugged him like no other, but he had great patience and didn’t mind explaining things over and over again and work things out for the best for my car. The mechanics are professional and didn’t want to miss out any small problem, the car was well tested and it was good to go like a brand new. Definitely five stars to CSN and Ten stars to Joseph!

I took my M3 to Joseph and Jason back in 2021 for a front and rear bumper respray, which they did a fantastic job on and were very fairly priced.

However, that's not why I'm writing this review. There are many paint and body shops out there that can do good work, but my experience at CSN was above and beyond when it came to customer service.

I recently noticed strange paint defects or contamination in my rear bumper, almost like baked in tree sap. I tried everything on my own to remedy the blemishes but my efforts proved to be futile, fuelling my fear that the bumper would need to be repainted.

Jason and Joseph took me in the very next day and were happy to try and polish out the imperfections. They assured me that if the bumper needed to be repainted, they would do so free of charge - keep in mind that the initial work was done more than two years ago. The polishing thankfully fixed the issue but it was amazing to see how much CSN cares about their customers and stands by their work.

My humble little Lexus got rear ended in July. I found Cosmos from the review. They did a pretty good job fixing the rear bumper, trunk door & side door in 17 days. Just like new. But I gotta go back to Lexus to reset the parking assist sensors on the rear bumper which is NP to me. Joseph is nice & professional. The courtesy car they provide is Enterprise on 2nd Ave. Their Conor & Rajeev are nice & cool.
