CSN Domestic Import Autobody is highly recommended.
Our Tacoma is the second vehicle to be repaired by them.
Our first experience with them was a few years ago to have our Honda Pilot repaired and their work and customer service was excellent. This remains true today, they have maintained a high level of quality and their customer service continues to be second to none.
Their staff is very friendly and communication is excellent.
They were very accommodating with some special requests I had for the front end repairs which smoothed out an aftermarket winch bumper installation I had planned to complete after they were finished with the repairs.
Do yourself a favour and don’t worry about shopping around, Domestic Import will not disappoint!

I went to CSN for repairs on my vehicle due to a hit-and-run. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the insurance process, and worked directly with my insurer to make sure everything was in order - including arranging a pick-up and drop-off to their shop with the rental car company. The repair work was excellent and my vehicle was nice and clean when I got it back. I especially appreciated how they went out of their way to send me updates throughout the entire process. The staff in the office are all incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend CSN for auto body repairs.

They did the body work on my car after my accident and did an amazing job! Great communication throughout the process, especially liked the email updates of work being done and what stage my vehicle’s repair was in via email. Reps are very warm, friendly and helpful. I went to this location because it was a preferred partner through my insurance. The customer service was great. They were really thorough, and clear. I got email updates so I knew when my vehicle was going to be completed. The end result was really good, my vehicle looked new again. They also detailed the vehicle so it was really clean when I got it back. Would definitely recommend their services.

Considering my car was totalled and I would not by getting it back, this was the best experience one could hope for given the circumstances. The front staff (front desk) are delightful! The folks sitting a little further back are delightful. And the gentlemen who helped examine my car and get the plate off was delightful. These folks are all-smiles and able to make you laugh. They go out of their way to make things easy for you, to make you feel at ease, and dare I say, make you feel at home. The atmosphere is great. As far as work goes… well the car was toast… but I suspect everything runs as smoothly as the rest of the experience did, had I gotten my car back.

I’m happy with everything from services and the staff are very nice specially Stacy! Although I did have to return my car for a small adjustment nothing serious, in the end everything was done perfectly and nicely. I really love my car and the fact that they took a good care of it makes me happy. Also would like to mention and thank them how they really accommodated me especially with my bad schedule for work. Overall I’d recommend it.

I have come to know CSN Domestic Import over the years and a few repair projects. I have worked with other shops that were ok, but hands-down, this shop is absolutely the best.
