Flavio Battilana : Chief Operating Officer

Chief Operating Officer

Flavio Battilana joined CSN in early 2008 as Chief Operating Officer with more than 15 years as Director of Insurance and Director of Operations for a national collision franchisor. Flavio leads the strategic planning process of the network, including the marketing, insurance relations and operational divisions.

Larry French : Vice President Sales & Marketing

Larry French

Vice President Sales & Marketing

A graduate of McMaster University with a degree in Economics, Larry brings to CSN experience in Commercial Banking, Insurance and Rental Car Management. Since 2004, Larry has been handling the Insurance Relations portfolio and Business Development at CSN as well as overseeing the Marketing department.

Jay Hayward : Vice President of Operations

Jay Hayward

Vice President of Operations

Jay Hayward joined the CSN team in March 2009, bringing with him more than 10 years experience in the collision industry; Jay served as Regional Manager for a national collision franchisor and Territory Manager with an aftermarket automotive manufacturer. Jay’s focus includes network performance and statistical measurement, operational enhancements, training and strategic relations.

Trista is responsible for the management and growth of CSN’s insurance partnerships across Canada. With over a decade of experience in the collision repair industry, including the past four years as CSN’s Western Regional Manager, Trista brings a level of passion and commitment that is matched by her ability to execute in all aspects of her role.

Mark Roesch : Director of Network Performance

Mark Roesch

Director of Network Performance

Mark's experience includes over 15 years in collision repair shop management, 5 years with a major paint manufacturer in a regional role and 6 years with PGW Auto Glass in various sales and operational roles. Mark will be concentrating on supporting the network in continuous improvement in the following areas: · KPI Performance · SOP's and Systems · Value Added Programs · Shop Efficiency · Network Consistency

Douglas White : Manager of Quality Control

Douglas White

Manager of Quality Control

Douglas comes to CSN with over 20 years of experience in the collision industry as a certified body technician, shop foreman and CSR/Estimator in Canada and the Caribbean. Douglas joined the CSN team in May 2013 from Jones Auto Body~CSN.
Douglas White will be responsible for supporting the networks shop efficiency, best practices and creating SOP's.

Scott Earle : Quality Control Analyst - Eastern Canada

Quality Control Analyst - Eastern Canada

Scott Earle comes to CSN Collision Centres with more than 20 years of experience in the Automotive industry. Scott has joined CSN from a Parts & Paint distributor in Fredericton, New Brunswick where he was the Branch Manager for 2 years. His experience includes working as the General Manager of a Fredericton Collision Centre for 7 years and Fixed Operations Manager at a Fredericton OE Dealer for 6 years. Scott is also an I-CAR instructor and will be responsible for supporting CSN’s Eastern Canadian shops efficiency, implementing best practices, I-CAR training and creating SOP's.

Kevin Smith : Business Development Manager/Quality Control Analyst - Western Canada

Kevin Smith

Business Development Manager/Quality Control Analyst - Western Canada

Kevin Smith joined CSN in March 2014 with 25 years of collision industry experience.  He started his career with a large family owned collision repair shop in the BC market. Kevin’s positions included bookkeeper, estimator and body shop manager. He worked for 5 years for a private BC insurance company in the appraisal department. Kevin will be supporting the BC membership bringing both collision shop and insurance perspectives and will be responsible for supporting CSN’s Western Canadian shops efficiency, implementing best practices and business development.

Kathryn (Katt) Keuleman : Marketing Coordinator

Kathryn (Katt) Keuleman

Marketing Coordinator

Kathryn joins CSN as a Marketing Coordinator. Katt holds a degree in Psychology and a post-graduate certificate in Public Relations. Her previous work experience includes working at BMW Group Canada as part of the public relations and corporate communications team and also at Longo's Grocery Chain in Marketing/Advertising. Katt will play an important role in increasing brand awareness by working on initiatives including event planning, website enhancement, public relations outreach and developing marketing materials.

Ashley joins CSN with over 12 years of Marketing and Communications experience. Ashley has worked in television, radio, sports, the non-profit sector and also as a small business owner and entrepreneur. Ashley will be concentrating on national brand strategy, advertising, public relations and communications.

Regional Manager - Alberta

Kari has been working in the collision industry for the last 3 years in a Business Development role and brings with her over 20 years of Insurance claims experience with major Canadian Insurance carriers.  Her wealth of knowledge in customer service and insurance processes will enable her to support and grow CSN’s presence in the Alberta marketplace.

Lianne Perissinotti Le Rue

Regional Manager - Atlantic Canada

Lianne Perissinotti Le Rue has a vast experience base in Marketing, Insurance Relations, Business Development, and Human Resources. Lianne's thoroughness and dedication will prove to be a tremendous asset to all Atlantic CSN Stores. Lianne's responsibilities will include strengthening CSN's insurance relationships, improving network compliance, performance, profitability, and training within the the Atlantic Region. She will also provide local support for CSN Corporate's marketing and business development initiatives throughout Atlantic Canada.

Regional Manager - Ontario

Derek joined the CSN in 2013. Derek brings with him experience in sales and customer service in the Collision Automotive Aftermarket. Derek's responsibilities include strengthening CSN's improving network compliance, insurance relationships, shop performance, profitability, and training within the the Ontario Region. He will also provide local support for CSN Corporate's marketing and business development initiatives throughout Ontario.

Office Administrator

Crystal joined CSN in May 2018, bringing with her several years of experience in the Administrative field. Crystal’s main focus will be reception and administrative based, maintaining office functionality and supporting the Accounting team with data entry. Crystal’s enthusiastic personality and organizational skills will be a great asset to CSN.

Accounting Supervisor

Shelly joined the CSN Corporate Team in July 2010. Her experience includes office administration in a collision centre as well as customer service at a printing company. Shelly is responsible for Insurance Central Payment and managing the Accounting Team by overseeing daily operations. She will be focusing more on the improvement and development of our Accounting systems. Shelly's organizational skills and attention to detail prove to be a great asset to making CSN a better and stronger network.

Accounting Coordinator

Raj joined the CSN team in March 2016. His experience includes working as an Administrative Coordinator and other Accounting positions during his Co-op terms in the Business Administration Accounting Program at Sheridan College.  Raj’s responsibilities include accounts receivable, accounts payable, data management and reporting. Raj hopes to use his knowledge of executing and improving different Software systems to further enhance the performance, accuracy, and efficiency of CSN’s accounting systems.

Ashley joined our Corporate team in April 2017 as a recent graduate of the Accounting program at Seneca College. Ashley’s responsibilities include accounts receivable, accounts payable, data entry and management, and assisting with Central Payment. Ashley’s eagerness to learn and her hardworking attitude has proven to be a great addition to the Accounting team.
