"After pulling away from a tall parking curb I had some damage done to the front end of my car. The service department at Duncan Nissan referred me to Cowichan Collision. So I stopped in there expecting to make an appointment, but they took my vehicle in right away and took it apart to have a look. They called me into the shop to show and explain to me what options there was to fixing it. After agreeing to the required work, it was fixed promptly with amazing results. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and very professional. I'll definitely be returning here the next time I need any work done on my vehicle. An overall great experience."

"Thank you to the guys at Cowichan Collision and the friendly ladies behind the counter!!! They had my dirty mom car while I was away on holidays and fixed it up just perfect! High quality work on the outside and a surprise detailing on the inside! Just one side was having body work done but they somehow made the entire car look new again, even the tires! I had a separate claim to have the windshield replaced and they went out of their way and took it to the glass shop for me. Thanks again!"
