With us being in business for over 47 years we know that an accident is uncommon for you the consumer. We want you to know that ultimately as the owner of the vehicle it is your decision on where your vehicle is repaired. However, most insurance companies have Direct Repair Programs (DRP’s). These Direct Repair Programs are setup by the insurance companies to streamline some of the administration work between us and them.
Again it is up to you the customer to choose where your car is repaired and while the Like New Collision Group is pleased to have partnerships with the majority of insurance companies. Be rest assured that even if we do not have a DRP relationship with your insurance company know that if you have a car repaired at one of our facilities that we warranty* all of our work.

For numerous years our facilities have maintained an I-Car Gold Class standard. At CSN Golden Triangle we pride ourselves on this achievement because The Gold Class recognition is the highest role-relevant training achievement recognized by the collision repair industry. It is estimated that only 20% of repair shops currently meet the rigorous Gold Class standard. The I-CAR Professional Development Program™ provides collision repair and insurance businesses with a reliable training framework for acquiring Gold Class and maintaining the up-to-date knowledge and skills that contribute to proper repairs, improved business performance, and risk reduction.
Canadian Collision Industry Accreditation Program
CCIAP is run by and for the Canadian collision repair industry. The program is managed by AIA Canada, a national not-for-profit association which reaches the entire industry. AIA also manages I-CAR Canada and the Canadian Collision Industry Forum (CCIF) – tying together the programs and services you need to grow and succeed.
The mission of the Certified Collision Care program is to raise the industry's technical capability and business operating standards. Our objective is to ensure each repair business that is certified has what is necessary to properly and safely repair current and future vehicles manufactured by the participating Automakers; provide consumers with an exceptional experience, and offer employees a career opportunity within a professionally operated business.
