CSN Collision Centres is proud to announce its newest collision centre – CSN JD Collision with two new locations in Cold Lake and Bonnyville, Alberta!
In 1976 Joe and Rose Dechaine started a small family-owned collision repair business in their home town of Bonneville, Alberta. With a genuine passion for the collision repair industry and for helping others, the family owned business quickly earned a great reputation in Northern Alberta.
Shortly after its grand opening, Joe and Rose realized that one facility wasn’t enough to accommodate their customers’ needs, so later that year, the family opened a new shop 50 kilometers away in Cold Lake.
“Dad used to tell us that building good relationships with customers is the key element to success. Here, at CSN JD Collision, we treat each and every customer with respect. Not only do we take the extra time to understand their needs, we always look to repair their vehicles to a standard that exceeds their expectations,” says Luc Dechaine, one of the current owners of CSN JD Collision along with his two brothers Joel and Pat and business partner Paul Ouellette . “We are so proud and thankful to be carrying on our parents’ business. They really ran it well and it’s our job to keep this up. We always keep one thing in mind: the key to our success is to help our community by providing world class customer experiences and repairs,” says Joel Dechaine.
The team at CSN JD Collision takes community involvement very seriously. The business is well known for its support and donations to local hospitals and sports events. “We feel grateful to be in a position to be able to help those who need it,” Pat says humbly.
Today, CSN JD Collision represents two fully renovated facilities. With over 40 years of collision repair experience and the most up-to-date equipment and technology, the business is constantly striving to stay on top of the changes that are occurring in the industry.
“Speaking from an industry perspective, we believe that a lot of our success is a result of our willingness to embrace change. Whatever direction our industry flows in, we will make sure to flow with it. Our decision to become a part of CSN Collision Centres reflects this principle, as well as the toughness of competition. And when times like this come, we want to stand side by side with the leaders in our industry,” concludes Paul Ouelette.
CSN Collision Centres proudly welcomes Luc Dechaine, Joel Dechaine, Pat Dechaine, Paul Ouelette and the entire CSN JD Collision team to the CSN Network!
