"I am glad to have this opportunity, as I want to forward how very pleased I am with Reflections Autobody. They were completely courteous, professional, and skillful in the repair of my Mazda. The parts came in, and car was repaired in the timeframe they gave me. And my car looks great! They cared about how my car looked and functioned as much as I do. I told them I wish they were in a business I would frequent more often, as it was a pleasant and respectful shop from the receptionist onward. They even have a resident cat who is friendly. I am happy to recommend Reflections highly. Thank you, Karen, and thanks for your attention to my file."
"Just wanted to send a note to let you know how happy we’ve been with our recent experience at Reflections Autobody. The repairs look great, the detailing was well done, you were done early, and under the estimate! As well, the customer service was fabulous! First impressions and how you treat someone can leave lasting impressions, and I was happy right from the initial estimate and how you explained things and treated us. When I had to reschedule bringing the car in, there were no issues. When we picked up the car, you had remembered my son Rowan loved construction equipment and cars and had brought us a huge bag for Mighty Machines videos from when your kids were little. That was so appreciated and Rowan loves them – a wonderful personal tough to our experience. Thank you so much, and if anybody asks me for a referral, you bet I’ll send them your way!"
"Accidents and the aftermath are always a headache, no matter the circumstances, but Reflections made the experience a lot less painful. A+!"
