It took a long time to fix the car which was a bit frustrating but understandable due to parts and technician availability issues specific to Tesla but they did a wonderful job. Pete was very helpful throughout the process and kept me up to date on the progress. Highly recommended!

We cannot recommend Turpin-Capital enough. Pete, Kevin and the entire team are incredibly professional and kind. We were unsure of the process to deal with Tesla following a minor accident and defective part, but Pete and Kevin guided us the entire way. I bumped a post in our parking garage with our CRV, even though I've driven by it before dozens of times without issue, I was so bummed. My husband took it in for a quote and then eventually had repairs to the damage. Thankfully, Pete ensured this was a smooth process and they did an excellent job. It blends seamlessly with the factory paint! My husband was very happy and couldn't stop raving about how great this place is. This is the second time we've had to use their services, first time was from a collision, when someone drove into the side of the car. Excellent then as well, so they are consistent. Our go-to repair shop in Ottawa, highly recommend.

They did a really good job on fixing my scratches on my Tacoma amazed by the work they went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Turpin if you get into an accident and your insurance company deals with these guys always go to Turpin. I will for sure be going here for body work in any circumstance

I recently had collision work done at Turpin Capital collision and was very impressed with everyone at the shop. From Pete at the appraisal center to the person who I dealt with when I had to pay the final bill. The work done was amazing and the vehicle was returned as good as new. A little added bonus was when I went to pick up my vehicle being repaired, the vehicle I was driving the oil light came on. Pete asked for my keys and he brought it in for an oil change, yes I had to pay for that service but Pete went out of his way to ensure I was well taken care of... Great place that I will recommend going forward.
